Ironing facilities are also available. The dining room is very pleasant and relaxing and has separate tables for a more intimate atmosphere. There is a well stocked bar in the comfortable lounge which also has satellite TV. A four course English or continental breakfast is included in the tariff and is served from 7.00am to 9.00am. There is a menu to choose from, so you can have as much or as little as you like.

Extra large Victorian house is situated within a conservation area close to the seafront (1 min). Rooms are decorated to an extremely high standard. Ideal for both Business and Pleasure Travellers wishing to be close to Cleethorpes, Grimsby,Immingham areas of North East Lincolnshire. Situated within Cleethorpes with its traditional seaside attractions, golden beaches and lovely gardens, the perfect location for touring the many delights of the Lincolnshire Wolds and visiting the historic cities of Lincoln and York. Superb location for the business traveller for both Ports of Grimsby and Immingham. The TUDOR TERRACE GUEST HOUSE is really 'Somewhere Special' for travellers and business Guests that deserve and expect super accommodation. The Kings Royal is ideally located on the sea front at Cleethorpes, central to all attractions, such as; The Boating lake, Discovery centre, Show ground, Pleasure Island, Mini steam railway, the Leisure centre, Deep sea experience, Promenades, night life and train station, and only a 10 minute drive from Grimsby if you prefer to shop at Freshney place or Abbey Gate.
