The Foelas Arms at Pentrefoelas is your gateway to Betws-y-Coed and the Snowdonia National Park. The Foelas Arms Hotel was originally a farm which received its Coaching Licence in 1839. The Royal Mail Coach stopped here on its way from London through Betws-y-Coed to Holyhead. Today the coaching route is now the A5. We offer excellent bed and breakfast accommodation very reasonably priced, good food, and very exciting mountain biking activities, walking, canoeing, fishing, all in the Snowdonia National Park area of North Wales. The Lyndale Hotel is run by the resident proprietors. It is fully licensed, open all year, including Christmas and has its own car park. The attractive Hotel Restaurant has an excellent reputation for high quality cuisine with both locals and visitors.

The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, and we can offer double, twin, single, and family rooms. We also have double and twin en-suite ground floor bedrooms available. Close by are the world heritage site of Conwy Castle and medieval walled town, Plas Mawr the Elizabethan manor house, the world famous Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno and the Great Orme nature reserve, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, miles of sandy beaches, several golf courses, horse riding, and many more attractions. The Manor Hotel offers 18 rooms with a choice of deluxe, doubles, family, twins and single rooms, all of which benefited from being completely refurbished in December 2002. All rooms have a complimentary tray, TV and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is served overlooking the sea, while the comfortable resident's lounge is the perfect spot for a drink and a chat. Location Within two minutes walking distance of the beach, less to the restaurants and main shops. One of the few hotels in Llandudno to be detached from other buildings and has the advantage of having beautiful gardens, which creates a unique atmosphere. Situated at the foot of The Great Orme, and only minutes walk away from the Great Orme Tram. Rooms Light and luxurious interior mixing traditional features with European art and design. Rooms featuring king sized beds and four-poster beds available. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily. All EN SUITE. Excellent full english breakfast included in the price of the room. Functions The dining room of The Chelsea is available to hire for functions. Buffets and sit down meals can be accommodated, and music of various styles arranged. The dining hall could be mistaken for a Medieval banqueting hall, due to its wishbone arched ceiling and original murals with Latin inscriptions. Documents have been recovered which confirm it was used as a Masonic hall in the late nineteenth century.
