The Bournemouth international centre is just a stroll down the road. Accommodation is provided in 62 bedrooms which have been furnished to a high standard the majority with ensuite facilities. There is a lift which serves all the floors and the Hotel is patrolled at night by a porter. Family Rooms are available and we are happy to welcome children. Seaview rooms are also available. The restaurant offers fine cuisine where the aim is to make an occasion of every meal. A wide choice of wines are available to suite all tastes. On some evenings live music is on offer. Offering the ideal venue for family holidays, weekends away, golfing breaks or business visits. The frontage gardens and flowers on the balustraded terraces have been awarded first place in the hotel section of the Bournemouth in Bloom competition. The perfect location, easily accessible from the main arterial route. Just minutes from the main line Rail and Coach stations. It benefits from its own undercover private free car park with ample space for all guests and delegates. The Roundhouse is renowned for its warm and friendly atmosphere. It has 102 well appointed en-suite rooms, the majority of which were refurbished in 2001. The Roundhouse has a well earned reputation for being an excellent Conference and Banqueting venue, catering to your needs from 2 to 100 delegates. The suites are fully equipped and have the advantage of natural daylight and full air conditioning. The refurbished ground floor, including the Circles Restaurant and Bar, provides a comfortable and relaxing venue for business or pleasure. Open throughout the day, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The Roundhouse Hotel in Bournemouth is currently undergoing a major refurbishment, which will provide the hotel with an extra 26 en-suite bedrooms on our 3rd Floor. A few of these rooms will have disabled adapted bathrooms, and some will have Jacuzzi baths fitted. Our Ground Floor will have an enlarged Carvery Restaurant and new Bar & Lounge Facilities. This is the historic home of Edward VII & Lillie Langtry. In a country packed with over 10,000 hotels, very occasionally you stumble on a rare gem of an hotel where the building, food, service and history, blend to form something quite exceptional. This warm inviting home is not only steeped in history and romance, but offers the highest standards of fresh food and personal service. All the bedrooms are individually designed and many of them, including the Kings own majestic apartment, have four poster beds. The magnificent dining room with its Minstrels Gallery has to be seen to be properly appreciated. The main building is accompanied by Lord Derbys Home, the Langtry Lodge, where rooms are also allocated and it is situated 50 yards away. Over 100 years ago the Gervis Court was a typical Hotel in Bournemouth, family run hotel/ boarding house originally called 'Leicester House' . On Sept 7th 1895 Lady Harriet Ponsonby and her maid plus Mrs General Faber and Mrs Morry were in residence. We have been established for a long time! The guest accommodation situated in one wing of the house has a very comfortable lounge with log fires and adjoining breakfast room. The bedrooms offering some of the best accommodation in the area all have en suite bath and shower, remote control colour T.V., CD Player, hospitality tray, hairdryer, bathrobes, trouser press, binoculars and even an umbrella! Each morning we prepare breakfast using only the best produce from our own walled garden and from local farms. We do not offer evening meals but there is an excellent pub a short walk away which serves good food and of course Dorchester with its many restaurants is only one mile away.

Norfolk Lodge is an independently owned hotel beautifully situated in large grounds at the top of Flaghead Chine just 250 metres from a safe sandy beach. We offer attentive service in relaxed comfortable surroundings. The hotel has a large residents bar, two lounges and seventeen guest bedrooms, all en-suite and furnished to a high standard. Attractive bedrooms with power points in the right places all have en-suite bath/shower rooms, radio and television, telephone and hospitality tray. The restaurant is light and airy, furnished in pastel shades. Meals are well presented with a daily change of menu. Fresh produce is used whenever possible and sweets are often home made on the premises. The Restaurant is non-smoking. The residents bar- spacious and relaxing with a good selection of wines, spirits and draught beers. The bar opens onto the garden for the warm summer evenings. Residents lounge with feature fireplace and comfortable seating. This lounge is also used for after dinner coffee enabling guests to sit and chat after their meal. There is an adjoining lounge which is non smoking and opens onto the patio and garden.

During your stay, dine in the Seaview restaurant - or in real style in the AA Red Rosette Awarded Sands Brasserie; both have panoramic sea views from most tables. There are excellent facilities for children and families and during the school holidays and special 'Family Breaks', the hotel even has a children's restaurant so Mum and Dad can get some time to themselves after all! They have a wealth of experience in the licensed trade having managed country & restaurant pubs and hotels all over the UK. Our restaurant serves freshly prepared home cooked food every day. We have a superb lunchtime & evening Menu as well as light snacks and baguettes. The Horton Inn is also open for morning coffee from 10am and Cream Teas are available from 3pm onwards.
