Three Rivers Hotel - Ferryside, Dyfed.

The hotel enjoys views of Llanstephan and its ancient castle to the west and of Carmarthen Bay towards Caldy Island and Tenby to the south west. Ferryside grew from the now non-operational Ferry crossing on the river Tywi, on the ancient pilgrims route to St David's Cathedral. Harry's Hotel & Restaurant - Aberystwyth, Dyfed.

The chef-owner, Harry Hughes, has returned to his home town of Aberystwyth after stints in various famous kitchens. Harry has won a number of awards including Royal Navy Chef of the Year. Since then, he has won several other awards in the establishments in which he has overseen the kitchen operation. Harry's Wife, Li, sees to the front of house: it is advisable to book at this busy restaurant, with specials including locally-caught fish and the famous dessert selection. The hotel is right in the heart of Aberystwyth, just three minutes walk from the sea front, with the shops and museum all within a couple of hundred metres. We are ideally positioned for visiting the University College of Wales and the National Library of Wales and IGER. The restaurant, recommended by the 'Eat Well Wales' guide, is split into three sections: a regular dining room, a strictly non-smoking room and a function room. The function room can cater for up to 50 people and it is advisable to book the restaurant, especially at weekends. The quality food is enhanced further by the front of house staff, who provide a friendly, warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room renovations have been completed and bookings are being taken now. All rooms are en-suite, have colour television and are situated within 2 or 3 minutes walk from the sea. Note : We have only very limited car park, its only for 5 to 6 car in one time.
