The Marlborough Hotel is located on Felixstowes sea front, 250 yards south of the pier complex. Felixstowe sits at the end of a peninsula between the estuaries of the River Orwell and Deben on the east coast. Served by a good road network, the A12 London Gt Yarmouth road links to the A45 Midlands East Coast road which ends at Felixstowe port. We are approximately 45 minutes from Harwich. The port of Felixstowe is under 10 minutes drive away from the hotel, and the promenade is just across the road for that leisurely stroll! The geography of the area means that the dockland in no way detracts from Felixstowes traditional role as a holiday resort of character and charm. The hotel has 47 bedrooms, many with sea views. Ideal for that overnight stop or weekend break, and well placed for touring the famous beautiful areas of Suffolk and the Essex countryside. Both travellers and tourists are well catered for, with the Rattan restaurant boasting an excellent Tabled'H¶te and Ala carte menu with a traditional Sunday lunch carvery available for everybody.
