With London City Centre only 27 kilometers away, the hotel offers conference facilities and a high standard of service to ensure successful business events. Guests will appreciate the hotel's air conditioned, fully soundproofed bedrooms, which have en suite bathrooms, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms with Internet points are also available. Sample the hotel's a la carte menu, or take advantage of free entry to the adjacent leisure club. Guests staying at the hotel may park for free and use the shuttle coach (available at an additional charge) to and from Heathrow airport.

All of its rooms are soundproofed and some are specially accommodated for the disabled, providing easy access with ground floor availability. The hotel Garden Brasserie restaurant is open from 5 a.m. to midnight and there's also a lounge and Bar Room service is available from 6.00 am until midnight. The conference room can accommodate up to 180 people. All of the guest rooms are comfortable and nicely equipped to give a feeling of being home while away from home with facilities including Radio, Hair dryer, Sound proofing, Alarm calls, Sky TV, Fax/Modem link, Pay Movies, Safety deposit box, Telephone, tea and coffee facilities and Trouser press. The hotel also has a variety of facilities and services that are sure to meet the need of both business and leisure travellers including Dry cleaning, Gymnasium, Luggage storage, Non-smoking rooms, Indoor pool and Wheelchair access. The Hotel Novotel Heathrow Airport is linked to terminals 1,2 and 3 by a straight dual carriageway which takes about 5 minutes to travel.
