Extra large Victorian house is situated within a conservation area close to the seafront (1 min). Rooms are decorated to an extremely high standard. The comfortable and attractive bedrooms, which are all furnished to a high standard, are all en-suite and have courtesy tea & coffee, TV and video recorder (there is a small video library), radio alarm clock and hair dryer. Ironing facilities are also available. The dining room is very pleasant and relaxing and has separate tables for a more intimate atmosphere. There is a well stocked bar in the comfortable lounge which also has satellite TV. A four course English or continental breakfast is included in the tariff and is served from 7.00am to 9.00am. There is a menu to choose from, so you can have as much or as little as you like.

The Olde Barn Hotel has a flexible suite of three conference rooms on the first floor each of which is capable of independent use or being combined with one or both of the others to form a larger unit. High quality sound proof demountable partition walls quickly and easily open or close to create a unit of the desired size. All have a comprehensive range of wall-mounted presentation equipment. A further range of mobile conference equipment is available as required. The ground floor Newton Suite conference room gives a further 100 sq. meters of space ideal for the range of facilities offered by the Olde Barn, this room also boasts a fixed cocktail bar. The new Barn Restaurant and the extended bar area supplemented by courtyard gardens enhance further the range of facilities offered by the Olde Barn Hotel.

We are within close proximity to many historic towns, and only 20 minutes fron Newark, which is very convenient for the Newark Antiques Fairs, and we also have easy access from the North and South A1. The Fox Inn started life as three cottages. At that time the A1 was called The Great North Road and was just a mud track. It is rumoured that Dick Turpin stayed here on his way to York. It is also been said, one of the contestants of the first bare nuckle fight, stayed here at the Fox. It is not known how old The Fox is. It has grown over the years from three old cottages to a pub well known to the travelling public. It was shut down in 1996 for the road widening of the A1, but the government of the day changed their mind, and it was left to deteriorate. After sometime The Fox was put up for sale and brought by a developer. It took two years to refurbish to get the Fox what it is today. It was brought by the Robbins family in July 2000, The Fox now has nine letting rooms, a forty seater restaurant, two bars, and a large function room. It also has a very good head chef, and a family atomsphere. The Fox is situated near Stamford, which is an old market town with many old buildings and churches. Rutland water is very close by, with lovely views and wildlife. The Fox Inn is the ideal place to stay if you want to visit this great area of interest. Food for the restaurant is all freshly cooked to order and prepared by the head chef, Mark Squire who was classically trained in France and has worked for over 15 years in many of London's top restaurants. Opening Hours: Mon-Sat: 12noon-11pm (Food served from 12noon-9:30pm) Sun : 12noon-4pm (Traditional Sunday carvery served from 12noon to 3pm). Breakfasts need to be booked upon check-in. 'The Limes' is a cosy privately run three star standard Victorian Country House idyllically set in four acres of tree lined gardens, nestling on the edge of the scenic Wolds. The hotel has all the light and airiness for which Victorian houses are renowned, the ground floor rooms especially are typical of the period with high ceilings and tall windows, none more so than the Furlong Bar where magnificent sunsets watched through the unusual curved glass windows give an additional zest to pre-dinner drinks.

Reputedly the second oldest building in Skegness, The Vine hotel is set in magnificent gardens only one and a half miles from the attractions of Skegness, and just a few minutes walk from the beach and Seacroft Golf Club. This traditional style hotel offers two bars that serve excellent local beers. Freshly prepared dishes are served in both the bar and the restaurant; service is both friendly and helpful.
