Set within eye-catching private gardens and grounds, it is hard to believe that Edinburgh and Glasgow are within easy reach of Houstoun House Hotel. Also close by are many places rich in history, such as Linlithgow Palace, Hopetoun House and the House of the Binns. The Great Hall, Old Drawing Room and Library now form the hotel's dining room. The opulent oak panelling, family paintings and antiques all add to the restaurants traditional aura. The establishment has been awarded two AA Rosettes and we are particularly renowned for our prime beef dishes. Informal dining is available in our Steakhouse Bistro, while in our vaulted bar, you can try any of over 100 malt whiskies by a blazing, open fire. Guests receive free access to the hotels exclusive leisure club. It houses an 18 metre swimming pool, sauna, solarium, steam room and gymnasium.
