Number 10 is a small privately owned and personally run licensed Guest House, within strolling distance of the shops and a pleasant walk to Pitlochry Festival Theatre, down quiet lanes and across the Victorian Suspension Bridge over the picturesque River Tummel. From the moment you are greeted you will be aware of the genuinely welcoming atmosphere and you can be assured that you will have an enjoyable, memorable experience. For the comfort of all our guests there is a No Smoking policy throughout Number 10. All the cosy, comfortable bedrooms have been decorated with care and attention to detail and quality by Alan and Fran and each has a colour television, radio alarm and a plentiful supply of tea and coffee etc. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and two bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, are 'easy access' annex rooms. Breakfast is a delight with choices to please everyone. Fresh fruit, cereals and home made yoghurt and freshly cooked quality Scottish produce. Pitlochry is well known as Scotland's 'jewel in the crown', a favourite destination for generations of visitors and a recreational centre of considerable character, set amidst outstanding scenery.

Pitlochry has much to offer, a world famous theatre, unique fish ladder and hydro dam and two distilleries. One of which is Edradour, the smallest distillery in Scotland. The Best Western Scotlands Hotel offers a traditional welcome with multilingual staff, a traditional Scottish restaurant, Italian bistro, and two bars. The club bar specializes in malt whiskey and the leisure club has an indoor heated swimming pool.

Our restaurant, Lily's, offers inventive and delicious cuisine, each day's menu blending Scottish and international influences. Most vegeterian requests can be accommodated with advance notice. So whether you prefer lazy days or sporty ways. You're free to do as you please. Marvel at the rugged Scottish mountains (including the towering peak Schiehallion), enormous lochs, winding rivers and thick woodland as you drive to local distilleries, castles, craft centres and famous historical sites
