Fully refurbished hotel offering AA apointed bedrooms. The hotel is also featured in the AA pet Friendly guide. The City of Sheffield and its Fantastic Night life is also a 20 minute drive away. Being located directly on the motorway but set back in quiet loaction the hotel offers a great stop off point for our guests heading between Newcastle & London. The hotel being only 10 miles from Sheffield also offers a great location for meetings and overnight stays prior to a city centre meeting. The Rutland, refurbished in 2000, has been sympathetically developed to create one of Sheffield's most distinctive and friendly hotels. Some bedrooms overlook the hotel's private gardens. You will find good value and a wide menu choice in Broomfields conservatory restaurant. Situated in the leafy Academic and Medical quarter, on the edge of the peak district, the hotel provides peace from the city one mile away.

The Cutlers is a privately owned boutique hotel ideally located in the heart of the cultural, retail and commercial centre of Sheffield. The main thoroughfare has an excellent choice of shops, including Marks and Spencers, Debenhams, John Lewis. Theatres including the crucible and Lyceum are right on our door stop making us popular with the Theatrical set and visiting entertainers. Cutlers is ideal for business visits and for leisure breaks, we are located just minutes from the main attractions of Leeds including Pond Forge, City Hall and Cutlers Hall itself. We have excellent road and rail links, nearby discounted car parking NCP Arundel Gate (3.50 overnight ,5.50 for 24hours) vouchers available on reception. Over the past two years the hotel has been refurbished and Cutlers Bistro and Bar/ lounge were added.
