The Otium Health and leisure club is available to all guests and includes fitness room, aerobic studio, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A beauty salon is also available at an extra cost. The hotel offers a choice of cuisine with an award winning restaurant or the more informal Oak and Avocado. The restaurants at this hotel are very popular, so dining reservations are strongly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a key location for discovering Woburn Abbey, Whipsnade or for spending time in Brent Cross and Milton Keynes shopping centres. Also ideal as a base for London or stopping over on the way to Luton airport. A modern hotel, with full leisure facilities a restaurant and bar area.
