The hotel stands on Beulah Hill (A215) to Streatham Common with easy access to central London via Brighton Road (A23) and it provides a spacious free car park for the convenience of guests. Originally, the hotel was known as Norfolk House and was a large private residence, the home of wealthy owners. The large panelled entrance hall and fine hardwood staircase still recall those days and the hotel retains much of the warm friendly atmosphere of an individual and personal residence.
