The Swan Hotel, a grade II listed building which dates back to the 16th century has been completely refurbished throughout and offers up to date facilities in a historic setting. Overlooking the river Avon in the beautiful town of Bradford-on-Avon, The Swan Hotels has something for everyone, serving bar food throughout the day from breakfasts at 10.30, a non-smoking restaurant, fine wines and cask conditioned ales and 12 recently renovated en-suite bedrooms. Bar food is served throughout the day and evening from breakfast at 10.30. The non-smoking restaurant and cellar vaults offer fine dining in the evenings. The extensive wine list, many of which are sold by the glass, as well as the quality cask conditioned ales and beers and lagers provide refreshment to many a passing visitor. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, Devizes is a fascinating town to explore from the comfort of the Grade II listed, Castle Hotel. Visit the famous flight of 29 locks on the kennet & avon canal or just a short journey away you will find stonehenge or avebury and silbury hill , roundway hill where the cromwell battles took place. Probably the closest B&B to Stonehenge, Littleton Lodge, in the conservation village of Littleton Panell, was built around 1850 as the estate manager's house of the nearby manor house. As with most Victorian houses, all the rooms are of good proportions with high ceilings and the entrance hall and staircase are quite imposing. The most unusual features of the house is a conservatory on the first floor built between the two eaves of the house.

Devizes is just 10 mins away by car and there a re good local travel services available The pub was refurbished in November 2001 and has a conference room facility for up to 75 theatre style, 100 for buffets or 160 for music and dance with an extended licence. The main building is divided into a traditional public bar with bar games, spacious restaurant with extensive A la carte menu and lounge bar. We also offer a quiet beer garden - the perfect spot to while away a summer's afternoon ! The original building is several hundred years old, and some of the original timbers have been left exposed in part of the snug area - in fact it is reputed that secret passages link the pub to Dauntsey's Public school whose grounds are close by.

This elegant, welcoming & privately owned country house hotel was formerly the rectory to the Saxon church next door. It is situated in three acres of idyllic landscaped Victorian gardens and is an ideal base for touring The Cotswolds and Bath. The hotel has 12 luxuriously furnished ensuite bedrooms with complimentary tea tray, trouser press, iron & ironing board and garden views. The larger rooms offer four-poster, half-tester, king size beds, mini bars and spa baths. The oak panelled dining room & Conservatory restaurant is renowned for superb cuisine and unpretentious service and has recently been awarded three AA rosettes for the cuisine.

Knoll House is ideally situated on the outskirts of Malmesbury, England's oldest borough, and on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. Malmesbury has an imposing Norman abbey. King Athelstan, the first king of all England made Malmesbury his capital in AD925. Abraham Lincoln's mother lived in the area, as did George Washington's family. Today Prince Charles and Princess Anne live nearby at Highgrove and Gatcombe Park respectively. Now privately owned the hotel has been extensively refurbished to provide a high standard of accommodation, whilst preserving the period features of many of the rooms. The bedrooms have remote control colour television, direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bathrooms. The recent addition of a heated swimming pool has also proved popular with guests.

The highly rated Old Bell, reputed to be England's oldest purpose built hotel, is adjacent to the famous Abbey in the historic town of Malmesbury, on the edge of the Cotswolds, 5 miles from Junction 17 of the M4 motorway. The Old Bell is steeped in character with log fires, paintings, stone-walls and period furniture. In addition, guests have use of a steaming outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day's sightseeing (please book use in advance of arrival). The Retreat Inn is situated in the centre of the medival city of Salisbury and is one of the oldest coaching inns in Salisbury dating back to the 15th century and has played host to Lord Nelson.It has a delightful old worlde atmosphere with exposed beams and brickwork and a roaring open fire. A wonderful location on the banks of the River Avon and the classic views of the water meadows and Salisbury Cathedral, make this 13th century hotel a favourite with locals as well as visitors. A complete refurbishment of all the bedrooms was completed in 1999. All rooms are ensuite and now have a separate telephone socket for PC/modem connection.
